CNC Milling

We have advanced 3-5 axis CNC technology that enables us to provide customers with high precision and extremely high precision customized machining services. Our maximum precision can reach 0.003mm, making it suitable for machining any material with a hardness of up to Rockwell 65. Our machining efficiency is high, catering to both individual and large-scale customized production requirements. Furthermore, our CPK process dimension control can achieve a value of 1.33 or higher, ensuring stable machining quality. The surface roughness of our machined parts reaches 0.05 micrometers, guaranteeing smoothness and a high-quality finish.

WEDM Machining

By using a moving fine metal wire as an electrode, the workpiece is subjected to pulse spark discharge to remove metal and cut into shape. The accuracy can reach 0.002MM, with low material loss and no burrs on the workpiece. It can process a wide range of materials: conductive materials with different thicknesses and hardness can be processed.
